Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team in the water damage and mold restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in various restoration services, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and work in crawl spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to learn new skills, the ability to work effectively with equipment like dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, air scrubbers, etc . Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and restoration tasks for residential and commercial properties affected by water damage or mold.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various restoration projects.
- Once provided an inspection report of affected/contaminated areas, this employee will implement restoration protocols that adhere to industry standards and specific instructions from the project manager
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all restoration activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred, particularly in water damage restoration and mold remediation.
- Must be willing to work in attics and crawl spaces.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn and be trained in using equipment relevant to mold removal and restoration protocol.
- Familiarity with asbestos removal procedures is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
