Position Overview
Defender One is seeking professional Unarmed Security Guards in Maryland.
Requirements
● Licensing & Credentials:
○ Active, non-expired Maryland State Police Security Guard Card.
○ Evidence of security guard training as required by the Maryland State Police
and Maryland Police Training Commission.
Driving Requirements:
○ Active, non-expired driver’s license with a clean driving record with 3 years driving record.
○ Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations.
● Physical Requirements:
○ Ability to remain on feet or walk for extended periods.
○ Capacity to work in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
● Awareness & Conduct:
○ Strong situational awareness and vigilance at all times.
○ Strict prohibition of personal phone use while on duty.

● $18/HR
Monday to Friday shifts - 7pm to 1am / 1am to 7am
Saturday and Sunday 24 hour shifts - 7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm / 11pm to 7am
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Maryland Guard Card (Required)
- Drivers License with at least 3 yrs driving experience (Required)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Required)
- Night Shift (Required)
- Overnight Shift (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Baltimore, MD (Required)
