What You’ll Do
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to detailed instructions, schematics, and specifications.
- Use hand tools and microscopes to perform precise assembly of fine wire and surface mount components.
- Perform soldering and de-soldering operations with care and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and achieve quality and efficiency goals.
What We’re Looking For
Our most successful technicians:
- Have strong mechanical aptitude and can interpret written and visual assembly procedures.
- Exhibit outstanding attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination.
- Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a close-knit team.
- Have experience with hand soldering and the use of microscopes and small tools (preferred).
