Commercial Litigation Attorney
Offit Kurman is a Am Law 200 firm seeking a seasoned litigation attorney in Dallas. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5-10 years of experience handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Ideal candidate will have some exposure to bankruptcy matters. This role is designed for a highly capable litigator looking for a platform to deepen client relationships, manage cases with autonomy, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications:
- Active bar admission in Texas
- 5-10 years of litigation experience in commercial litigation
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience managing cases independently, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and associates across offices
Responsibilities:
- Lead or second-chair active litigation matters across state and federal courts
- Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
