We are now seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team!
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
The Business Office Manager (BoM) has the responsibility to make positive impressions through all of their interactions via phone, in person, or through email communications. As the Business Office Manager, relationships are key to providing remarkable service to the residents, families, and staff. They must also ensure that all of the books and records for the business are maintained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
- 2-3 years experience in a business office setting is preferred
- Desire to work with seniors and their families
- Prior experience in a healthcare/long term care setting is preferred
- Ability to analyze information and formulate solutions for implementing data into accounting or administrative systems
- Proficient utilization of office equipment
- Effective communication, oral and written.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- At least three (3) years customer service experience
- CPR and First Aid
