- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
- Lead regular business reviews to discuss KPIs, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
- Support renewal conversations and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Your Expertise
- 3–5 years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare services experience.
- Strong knowledge of billing, coding, claims management, accounts receivable, and the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle.
- Experience managing complex healthcare client relationships.
- Proven success supporting account growth, renewals, or business development.
- Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting environment.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
- CRCR certification and EMR platform knowledge are a plus.
