The Director of Finance Services is a strategic and results-oriented financial leader with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial management. The Director of Finance Services will play a critical role in driving the company's financial success and ensuring its long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and management of the annual budget, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources.
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform decision-making.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders on various financial matters.
• Manage and supervise the finance team, ensuring their professional development and effective performance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and ensure quality services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.
• Represent the company in financial matters with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification.
• 10 years of progressive experience in financial management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience in managing and motivating a finance team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
