What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Autoglass position at Default Board?
Essential Job Duties:
• Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes
• Call center functions to provide quality customer service
• Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, which may include, data entry,
cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.
• Generate sales/buys from online leads
• Provide backup for Delivery Drivers as needed
• Assume other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- • Valid Drivers License
- Clean Driving record for 3 years
Education & Experience:
• High school degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Call Center Customer service experience
• Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish.
• 2 years of college.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must have the ability to work under conditions of frequent interruptions.
• Be attentive to details.

• Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a
computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
