What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Mechanic position at Default (All-EOS Job Aggregator)?
The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north-end of Myrtle Beach. Less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a short 20 minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. The Plumber is responsible for the maintenance of the plumbing within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment.
- Monitors public space temperatures, making appropriate adjustments when necessary.
- Performs scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance on all plumbing equipment.
- Maintains appropriate record of preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Visually inspection of gauges, dials and mechanical equipment, make basic mathematical calculations, and move and climb on all types of uneven surfaces.
- Using plumbing and carpentry skills to attend to building maintenance and preventative programs.
