Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management plans.
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and overall program performance.
- Coordinate technical teams, Government stakeholders, and third-party partners.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Oversee software development lifecycle activities including planning, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Develop project documentation, technical work plans, and weekly status reports.
- Facilitate recurring meetings and executive briefings.
- Ensure compliance with Government standards and Agile delivery practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10 years of IT project/program management experience.
- Experience leading Agile software development projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience supporting Federal Government IT programs.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Platform experience.
