This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across multiple trades who can assist where needed and work efficiently on-site.Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction and remodeling tasks
- Support framing and structural work
- Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Painting, drywall, and finishing work
- Basic plumbing and electrical assistance
- Job site preparation and clean-up
- Work alongside contractor to complete projects on schedule
Requirements:
- Experience in multiple areas of construction (framing, remodeling, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Must have own tools
- Truck or reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in typical construction environments
Compensation:
- Pay is negotiable based on experience
- 1099 contractor position (no benefits)
