Registered Dental Hygienist — Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Jacksonville, Florida — Southside
Pay: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time or part-time; flexible scheduling available
Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We are a female-owned, family-operated, non-corporate general dentistry practice located on the Southside of Jacksonville. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist who values excellent patient care, clear communication, and a positive team environment.

This position may be structured as either full-time or part-time, with flexibility in the days worked. Our office is open Monday through Thursday, with no evening or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough preventive dental care and periodontal therapy
• Educate patients regarding oral health and recommended treatment
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members
• Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Current Florida dental hygiene license
• Prior dental hygiene experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
• Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits
