In this role, you will serve as the customer service and communication focus, helping to ensure that our residents, staff, management and guests have a steady point of contact. This second shift role can be either full-time or part-time with the following schedule and every other holiday:
This part-time role is:
- Monday through Friday
- 5am-7am
-Ability to multi-task with desk, telephone and in-person work
-Assist residents and staff with questions
-Coordinate communication and monitor emergency and non-emergency communications
