SUMMARY
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Drug and Alcohol Outpatient Clinic of Deerfield. This role ensures efficient clinic operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client services while working in close collaboration with the Clinical Director. The Program Operations Manager supports staff performance, client flow, and program integrity, enabling clinical teams to deliver effective, patient-centered care.
Deerfield Centers for Addictions Treatment (DCAT) is a licensed outpatient treatment program has been dedicated to helping individuals suffering with substance abuse and addiction issues. Services offered include: Assessments, one-on-one outpatient therapy, group therapy, an intensive outpatient program, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), certified recovery services, and support groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in behavioral health or substance use treatment, and/or business management.
