We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Scale Operator to join our dynamic grain team during the harvest season and through the end of the year! In this role, you will be responsible for weighing, sampling and grading inbound and outbound grain trucks, while providing great customer service to customers. On the job training.
Duties
- Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing shipments using scales, ensuring proper documentation through data entry .
- Perform data entry accurately using inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Sort and classify incoming paperwork, invoices, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills as well as effectively communicate with and support team members.
