Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at Deercroft Golf Club. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality food service, managing daily kitchen operations, and creating a welcoming experience for members and guests.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong kitchen and cooking experience, along with the ability to manage staff, control costs, and maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including kitchen, bar, and service areas
• Prepare and cook menu items as needed; lead by example in the kitchen
• Hire, train, and supervise part time F&B staff
• Create and manage weekly specials, menus, and promotions
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Control food and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and event groups

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong kitchen and cooking experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
