Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented housekeeping person to join our team at a well established timeshare resort. This position is responsible for helping maintain clean, comfortable, and guest-ready accommodations while providing friendly and professional service to our guests and housekeeping team.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are important.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean and prepare 2, 3, and 4 bedroom townhome units for guest arrivals
- Perform routine and deep cleaning duties according to property standards
- Operate commercial washer and dryer
- Sort, fold, and organize linens to property standards
- Inspect completed units to ensure they meet cleaniness and quality standards
- Deliver clean linens and supplies to units and housekeeping staff
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or other concerns found during unit inspections
- Assist with other housekeeping duties and assignments as directed by the Team Leader or Management

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the work shift
- Ability to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning and laundry tasks
- Ability to work in a physically active environment

Employment Requirements:

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
