Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers regarding speech and language strategies in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
- Stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy.
- Proficient in using technology and software for assessment and documentation purposes.
