Key Responsibilities
- Write accurate, detailed repair estimates
- Inspect vehicles to determine the full extent of collision damage
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters
- Coordinate repairs from estimate through completion
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with insurer guidelines
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an estimator or in a collision repair setting
- Strong understanding of automotive body repair processes
- Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or other similar software
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
