Auto Body Estimator

Deer Pond Auto is a trusted, family-owned collision repair shop known for quality workmanship, integrity, and long-standing customer relationships.

We’re looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator who takes pride in precision, professionalism, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Write accurate, detailed repair estimates
• Inspect vehicles to determine the full extent of collision damage
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters
• Coordinate repairs from estimate through completion
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with insurer guidelines

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as an estimator or in a collision repair setting
• Strong understanding of automotive body repair processes
• Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or other similar software
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
