Your primary responsibilities as a Psychiatrist at Deer Oaks will include:
- Conducting psychiatric assessments to provide comprehensive insights into our patients' mental health needs.
- Managing medication regimens and ensuring that patients receive the appropriate treatment and care.
- Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to create a holistic and patient-centric approach to care.
- Depending on the situation, you may also be involved in supervising our mid-level clinicians, ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Valid DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in LTC environments
- Commitment to timely documentation and high-quality psychiatric care
