As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily duties, train staff, and coordinate environmental services while supporting a compassionate care culture. Prior supervision experience and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily duties, train staff, and coordinate environmental services while supporting a compassionate care culture. Prior supervision experience and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee housekeeping staff including training, performance, scheduling, and assisting staff with tasks when needed
- Report departmental needs to the facility administrator
- Report building needs to maintenance as needed
- Provide daily cleaning of main common areas, resident rooms, bathrooms and offices
- Building cleaning as needed to include baseboards, ceiling light fixtures, and other hard to reach/access areas
- Responsible for keeping the furniture in common areas clean and free of dust and clutter
- Perform laundry functions as needed
- Additional housekeeping and maintenance functions as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to follow written and verbal directions
- Must be able to read and abide by safety materials
- Must be able to walk, stand, reach, and push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
Salary : $29,195 - $39,284
