What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Specialist position at Deer Creek Electric?
Over 33 year established locally owned electrical contracting company (specializing in standby generators) has immediate opening.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Overseeing all company marketing, including: Website management, print media, flyer design and production, social media postings, digital ads, billboard ads, email campaigns, quarterly newsletter production, mailings, and the scheduling and set-up of trade shows, some possible outside sales, some general office clerical work when needed, etc.
-Working with customer sales, including: sales lead management, scheduling sales consultations, pre-screening customers by phone, occasionally meeting with customers, etc.
-General office clerical work including mailings, data entry, filing, etc.
Qualifications:
-Applicant should be proficient in the Adobe creative suite, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro.
-Applicant should be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and some Power Point, etc.)
-Applicant should have strong written and oral skills, be able to work under pressure with others, multitask, and meet required deadlines as necessary.
-Applicant should have strong communication skills (especially phone skills).
-Pass background check and submit to random drug and alcohol testing.
