What You’ll Do
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, calm environment
- Schedule appointments and manage daily patient flow
- Handle insurance verifications, financial arrangements, and check-out
- Communicate confidently with patients and providers
- Support patients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Collaborate with a team that values trust, integrity, and open communication
