Pipeline Supervisor = $24.00 - $27.00
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of pipelines, including construction, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental laws.
- Supervise and mentor a team of pipeline workers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Plan and coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections of pipelines, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Continuously monitor pipeline performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain safe and efficient operation.
- Participate in the planning and development of new pipeline projects, providing input on construction, maintenance, and operational aspects.
- Ensure all subordinates are trained on relevant procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Understand and contribute to the budgeting process for pipeline maintenance and operations.
- Identify and resolve work-related problems, recommending measures to improve productivity and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and other relevant data, and prepare reports for senior management.
Pipeline Operator Spotter = $24.00 - $27.00
- Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles used to transport it.
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working order.
- Driving or controlling heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site.
- Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly.
Pipeline Operator spotter = $17.00 - $19.00
- Assist Equipment Operators: Guide operators of heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, backhoes) during trenching, lifting, or pipe placement.
- Maintain Line of Sight: Ensure constant visual contact with the operator to prevent accidents.
- Use Hand Signals or Radios: Communicate clearly using standardized hand signals or two-way radios.
- Monitor Work Area: Watch for hazards such as overhead lines, underground utilities, or personnel in danger zones.
- Support Safety Compliance: Enforce and follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and hazard reporting.
- Coordinate with Crew: Work closely with foremen, operators, and laborers to ensure smooth operations.
- Document Observations: Report unsafe conditions or near misses to supervisors.
Pipeline Foreman = $20.00 - $24.00

- Knowledge applying Denso, Powercrete/ STOPAQ
- Know how to operate air compressor & centrifical pumps
- Experience in assisting Hydrostatic Testing
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift and carry an excess of 80 lbs. (bags of cement, sand, posts, fencing, ext…)
- Standing for long periods of time, excess of 1-12 hours at a time.
- Sitting for long periods of time, excess of 1-6 hours at a time.
- Other physical demands include, but are not limited to, continuous bending, reaching, shoveling, pulling, pushing, climbing, crawling, and squatting multiple times throughout the day for various labor task requirements.
- Able to work in the elements such as rain, snow, and heat for extended periods of time.
Job Requirements:
Pipeline Supervisor = $26.00 - $35.00
- Strong understanding of pipeline systems, construction, maintenance, and relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API).
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering teamwork.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to pipeline operations and maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential hazards
Pipeline Operator = $24.00 - $27.00
- Minimum 3 Years Experience with Motor Grader, Dozer, Ditching Machine, Track Hoe, Backhoe, and Side Boom.
Pipeline Operator spotter = $17.00 - $19.00
- Minimum 2 Years Experience
- Prior experience in pipeline construction or utility work is often preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operations is a plus.
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour Construction Safety Certification.
- Operator Qualification (OQ) under PHMSA guidelines if the task is considered a “covered task.”
- First Aid/CPR certification may be required.
