Requirements:
- High School diploma / GED required.
- 6 months experience in high volume phone calls in a fast-paced office/trucking environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
Main Job Functions:
- Price Tickets and Generate Invoices in a timely manner
- Using Microsoft Excel
- Cross Train in Payroll
Essential Functions:
- Ability to use Excel
- Price Tickets and Generate Invoices in a timely manner
- Assist in Payrol functions
- Answers incoming phone calls
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- 6 Months Office Experience
- Working knowledge of oil & gas industry is a plus
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Problem solving ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Planning and organization.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
