This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer-centric problem solvingsomeone who can translate complex technical challenges into clear product requirements and guide cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional enterprise-grade solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionOwn the technical translation of the product roadmap for key components of DeepSees agentic automation platform, into technical requirements and JIRA tickets that are ready for the engineering teams to deliver key capabilities with customer needs and industry trendsDeeply understand the financial services domain, including operational workflows, regulatory considerations, and integration patternsIdentify high-impact opportunities leveraging Agentic AI to transform enterprise operations and use those same tools to optimize the organization and delivery within the product teamConduct competitive analysis and market assessments to inform prioritization and product positioningTechnical Product OwnershipTranslate complex customer workflows, data requirements, and system interactions into clear, actionable product requirements and PRDsPartner closely with Engineering to design scalable solutions grounded in modern architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven design, and API-first integration that are prioritized in an optimal way to meet client needsCollaborate with engineers to evaluate technical tradeoffs, scope features, and refine acceptance criteriaEnsure product features meet enterprise-grade reliability, security, and performance expectationsWork with QA to define test plans, user acceptance criteria, and scenarios for automation-heavy environmentsAI & Automation Product CapabilitiesPartner with AI/ML teams to define product capabilities using LLMs, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), AI observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review flowsShape product experiences involving intelligent document extraction, classification, and knowledge workflowsTranslate model performance needs into feature requirementsMaintain a deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Foundry, and enterprise agent frameworks, to inform product directionCross-Functional Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership to drive alignment and predictable executionServe as the connective tissue between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clarity, context, and transparencyCommunicate roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies across the organizationRepresent Product in solution reviews and architecture discussionsRequired Experience & SkillsCore Product & Technical Skills6 years of product management experience with a strong technical foundationStrong system architecture literacycapable of understanding APIs, data pipelines, microservices, and event-driven systemsExperience working with AI-driven or automation-heavy productsAbility to write highly detailed PRDs, workflow diagrams, user stories, and technical requirement documentsDemonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to expedite and enhance product documentation and requirementsStrong analytical skills with experience using metrics and data to drive product decisionsIndustry ExperienceExperience in financial services, banking, or capital markets;
