We are looking for a high-agency CEO capable of helping transform DeepLock from an ambitious security platform into a globally recognised category-defining company.
Position Overview
The CEO will work directly with the founders and core shareholders to lead operational execution, fundraising support, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and long-term scaling of DeepLock.
This is not a “corporate manager” role.
This is a builder/operator role for someone capable of helping create a company that could define the future of personal security infrastructure.
The ideal candidate understands:

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day company operations
- Execute company growth strategy
- Assist in fundraising and investor relations
- Build strategic partnerships
- Help define DeepLock’s market positioning
- Coordinate product, marketing, operations, and business development
- Recruit and manage early-stage leadership talent
- Prepare the company for institutional growth
- Work closely with founders on long-term expansion strategy
- Represent the company publicly when needed
- Help build a world-class security technology brand
Ideal Candidate
- Experience leading startups or high-growth technology companies
- Strong understanding of consumer technology and/or cybersecurity
- Comfortable operating in early-stage startup environments
- Fundraising or investor-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- High ownership mentality
- Ability to operate under uncertainty and rapid change
- International mindset and ability to scale globally
- Experience in fintech, mobility, cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or security industries is a major plus
Compensation Structure
Initial Stage Compensation
As an early-stage company focused on aggressive growth and fundraising, compensation is intentionally founder-style and equity-oriented.
Base Salary
- Approximately $4,000–$7,000/month
- Structured as a minimal operational salary until fundraising or major revenue milestones are achieved
Equity / Ownership Participation
- Meaningful equity participation package
- 7% equity
- depending on experience, involvement level, network, and operational contribution
Post-Fundraising Compensation
Upon successful institutional fundraising and scaling milestones:
- Significant salary increase (up to 25k)
- Performance bonuses
- Expanded equity incentives
- Long-term executive compensation package
