We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help identify top talent to meet our immediate staffing needs.

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help identify top talent to meet our immediate staffing needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Source candidates using a variety of methods including LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Greenhouse ATS
- Assist in crafting and posting job descriptions
- Report on recruiting metrics and pipeline status
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within adtech
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non technical positions
- Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS platform, Greenhouse
