Help Build Something Meaningful

This isn't a typical marketing job.

You'll work directly with Danielle Howley, co-founder of Deeper Healing and host of The Deeper Healing Podcast, supporting a growing brand, a thriving medical wellness center, and a mission that is impacting lives around the world.

Deeper Healing is one of the nation's leading environmental and functional medicine centers. Patients travel from across the country—and beyond—seeking answers to complex health challenges and chronic illness. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can help support our marketing, content, podcast, systems, and day-to-day operations.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety. One hour you may be helping create social media content, editing a podcast clip, or building a marketing campaign. The next, you may be assisting patients, supporting the team, or helping solve an operational challenge inside the center.

We're looking for someone who is calm, adaptable, organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and is excited to be part of a mission-driven team.

What You'll Do

• Support production and promotion of The Deeper Healing Podcast
• Assist with podcast scheduling, guest coordination, content planning, and publishing
• Repurpose podcast content into social media, email campaigns, and website content
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Support email marketing campaigns and patient communications
• Edit video content for social media, podcast, and website use
• Update websites, landing pages, and digital content
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, workflows, and automations
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and productivity
• Organize digital assets, documents, and internal systems
• Assist with daily operations and support patients and staff as needed
• Work directly with leadership on special projects and growth initiatives
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency with Apple (Mac) computers — required
• Great with people and able to communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, team members, and vendors
• Genuine compassion for people facing health challenges and a desire to contribute to a healing environment
• Team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed
• Comfortable learning and using new technology
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
• Flexible attitude and thrives in a fast-moving environment

Experience with social media, email marketing, GoHighLevel, AI tools, Canva, WordPress, CRM systems, or video editing is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

We're more interested in intelligence, adaptability, initiative, and character than a perfect resume.
