Job Overview:

The Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistant will support customer acquisition efforts by engaging directly with customers, explaining products and services, and creating positive brand experiences inside retail environments. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to build a long-term career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products and services

• Provide accurate information regarding promotions, pricing, features, and available service options

• Assist in driving sales through customer engagement, relationship-building, and product education

• Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance the customer experience

• Collaborate with team members to maintain strong customer service standards during promotional campaigns and busy retail periods

• Stay up to date on client products, services, and current promotions

• Assist with the setup and placement of branding materials and promotional displays in retail locations

• Work alongside retail partners and event teams to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement

• Maintain professional communication with customers, retail staff, and team members

• Attend team meetings, leadership workshops, and ongoing training sessions

• Track individual and team performance goals while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth

• Contribute to local marketing initiatives and customer outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and lead generation

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

• Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends as needed

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
