- Status: Full time, non-exempt
- Reports to: Warehouse Manager
- Travel Requirements: Local with occasional field support as required
- Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Rotating weekend on call required
- Work Location: This position is based out of the Kilgore/Longview, TX shop location. Candidates must be local to the area and have reliable transportation
- Work Environment: Work environment is non-traditional. Work will be performed in a shop and occasional field environments, which may include exposure to varying weather conditions, loud noise, and non-climate-controlled settings
- Training Location: All new hire training will be based in Zelienople, PA

Position Summary
- The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing shipping and receiving operations, fulfilling field part requests, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting nonconformance processes. This role operates under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring operational readiness and compliance with Deep Well Services Quality Management System standards.

Duties
- Manage all shipping and receiving activities including proper loading and unloading of trucks
- Maintain and update receiving logs in accordance with Quality Management System standards
- Fulfill field part requests and coordinate transportation of materials and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs to be purchasing
- Maintain clean and organized shop and inventory areas with proper storage per OEM standards
- Support nonconformance investigations, documentation, and corrective actions in coordination with Quality
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with additional projects and operational needs as assigned
Skills & Abilities
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
0 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, shipping and receiving, or related field preferred
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Basic computer and inventory tracking system proficiency preferred
Other Requirements
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen
Ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in shop and occasional field environments as required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and organizing materials
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions including heat, cold, and noise
Ability to safely operate within an industrial shop setting
