Job Title: Store Manager –Subway
Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and organized Store Manager to lead our team and handle daily shop operations. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing team members, keeping food costs low, and ensuring every guest gets a high-quality meal and excellent service.
Pay and Benefits:Hourly Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and coach Assistant Managers and Sandwich Artists.
Daily Operations: Oversee prep work, bread baking, and food safety standards.
Financial Management: Monitor food costs, handle inventory orders, and manage labor hours to hit profit goals.
Customer Service: Maintain a friendly, clean, and fast-paced environment for guests.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local health regulations and corporate brand rules.
Skills and Qualifications:Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
