Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role:
Womack Services is rapidly growing, and we’re hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to oversee all customer communication, invoicing, accounts receivable, and commercial client onboarding. You will be the main point of contact for our customers and help ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage all customer calls, emails, and inquiries
- Provide scheduling updates and follow up on open service requests
- Send invoices, track payments, and manage overdue accounts
- Maintain customer notes, tags, and records in our CRM (Service Autopilot)
- Complete vendor onboarding packets, COIs, W-9s, and portal setup for commercial clients
- Assist with estimate follow-ups and resolve basic customer concerns
- Coordinate with the operations team to keep work moving efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with invoicing or accounts receivable is preferred
- CRM experience (Service Autopilot is a plus)
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently
