What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Personnel position at Deep Root Self Storage?
Looking for a part time person that can do maintenance at a self-storage facility. One day a week on average.
Basic Responsibilities
- Walk-through the facility
- Pick up trash
- Fix things
- Take Photos
Tasks include:
- Maintain properties to ensure they remain clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Sweep and clean units after tenant move-outs.
- Remove and dispose of trash left by tenants.
- Repair and maintain fencing around the properties (occasional).
- Assist tenants with move-ins and move-outs as needed.
- Place overlocks on units with delinquent accounts in accordance with company policies.
- Repair and maintain damaged doors (occasional).
- Repair and replace broken latches and locking mechanisms (occasional).
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required.
- Document completed work and provide reports to the office in a timely manner.
