What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Personnel position at Deep Root Self Storage?
Looking for a part time person that can do maintenance at a self-storage facility. One day a week on average.
Basic Responsibilities
- Walk-through the facility
- Pick up trash
- Fix things
- Take Photos
Tasks include:
- Maintaining the properties so they are kept clean and orderly
- Sweeping out units when someone moves out
- Picking up trash left by tenants
- Fixing gates when broke
- Repairing fences around properties
- Help with move in & move out of tenants
- Over-locking tenants that are late
- Running auctions when we have them
- Repairing doors that are broke
- Repairing latches that are broke
- Helping with emergencies when needed
- Documenting work done and reporting to the office
Part time job with set amount of hours
