Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Picker Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating picker machines and be comfortable working in various temperature-controlled environments, including freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage areas. Proper PPE will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate picker machines to accurately select and retrieve products from storage
- Ensure order accuracy to meet quality control standards
- Safely handle and lift products weighing 30–60 lbs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and productivity
- Read and understand instructions in English
- Perform basic counting tasks for order fulfillment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a picker machine
- GED or equivalent required
- Ability to work in freezer, refrigerated, and dry environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to lift 30–60 lbs consistently
