Cherry Picker Operator (First Shift)

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating picker machines and be comfortable working in various temperature-controlled environments, including freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage areas. Proper PPE will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate picker machines / Cherry Picker to accurately select and retrieve products from storage and freezer.
• Ensure order accuracy to meet quality control standards
• Safely handle and lift products weighing 30–60 lbs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and productivity
• Read and understand instructions in English
• Perform basic counting tasks for order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a picker machine
• GED or equivalent required
• Ability to work in freezer, refrigerated, and dry environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to lift 30–60 lbs consistently
