About The Role

Core Functions Include
- Onsite support: Training, onboarding, and troubleshooting at partner sites
- Remote onboarding: Delivering virtual training and ongoing support
- Project monitoring: Supporting adoption, addressing issues, and gathering feedback
- Conference participation: Representing the product at selected meetings and events
- The role focuses on ensuring that users can apply the technology appropriately within their clinical workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for partner sites
- Deliver onsite and virtual training to clinical users
- Support active deployments, including troubleshooting and workflow integration
- Represent the company at conferences and external events when needed
- Collect and communicate user feedback to internal product and clinical teams
- Work with internal teams to improve implementation and user experience
- Travel to partner sites as required
Qualifications
- Clinical Experience Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Education / Training Experience Experience teaching or training healthcare professionals in clinical settings
- Communication and Problem-Solving Ability to communicate clearly and manage issues in real time
- Travel Requirements Willingness to travel regularly to support partner sites
- Domain Experience (Preferred) Experience with point-of-care ultrasound or medical device customer success a strong asset
