Deemza is looking for an experienced 360° IT Recruiter who wants more than a traditional recruiting job.

This is a true full-desk / 360° role where you will own the entire recruiting business cycle — from finding the client and winning the job order to finding the candidate and closing the placement.

You will have the opportunity to build your own book of business, develop relationships with IT decision-makers, and directly control your earning potential.

What You'll Own

Business Development

• Prospect companies and identify new IT hiring opportunities
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP/Director-level IT leaders, hiring managers, and other decision-makers
• Conduct discovery and sales calls
• Present Deemza's recruiting and staffing services
• Win new client relationships and job orders
• Develop existing accounts and generate additional requirements
• Negotiate recruiting terms and close business

Recruiting

• Take ownership of client requirements from initial intake through placement
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, job boards, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews
• Present qualified candidates to clients
• Manage candidate pipelines and interview processes
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers

Closing & Placement

• Drive candidates and clients through the interview process
• Handle objections and competing opportunities
• Assist with offer negotiations
• Close candidates
• Complete placements
• Turn successful placements into long-term client relationships and additional business

This Is a True 360° Role

We are not looking for someone who only wants to recruit candidates.

We are looking for someone who can pick up the phone, find a hiring manager, create an opportunity, win the business, recruit the candidate, manage the process, and close the placement.

You will have ownership of your desk and the opportunity to build a meaningful book of business.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within IT / technology staffing
• Previous experience in a 360°, full-desk, full-cycle, or agency recruiting environment
• Demonstrated ability to generate new client business
• Comfortable cold calling and prospecting
• Comfortable speaking directly with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, hiring managers, and executives
• Strong candidate-sourcing and recruiting skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing ability
• Excellent follow-up
• Highly self-motivated and competitive
• Able to work independently and manage the entire recruiting cycle
• A proven history of placements is strongly preferred

Compensation

$65,000–$80,000 base salary uncapped commission

High performers have the opportunity to earn $100,000–$150,000 annually, with significantly higher earning potential for recruiters who build a substantial book of business.

Your compensation is directly tied to the business you generate and the placements you close.

There is no artificial cap on your earning potential.
