Requirement: This role is for candidates with 2-4 years of hands on experience in SaaS or B2B inside sales or SDR roles, comfortable executing structured follow ups and basic qualification under clear guidance.
We are looking for a junior SDR to support early stage sales execution. This is not a full cycle or AE hybrid role. The immediate focus is disciplined follow ups, lead hygiene, and maintaining momentum on warm and inbound leads while the sales motion is being validated.
This is an execution heavy, highly guided role today, with scope expanding as volume, tooling, and process mature.
The lead entails:
• Follow up with warm leads from waitlists, inbound forms, and email replies
• Send structured, personalized follow ups using provided scripts
• Do basic qualification and tag intent and priority
• Maintain clean notes and next steps in shared trackers
• Coordinate closely with the founder and growth lead
• Keep early stage leads engaged and moving
• Share feedback on objections, confusion points, and responses
