We are a growing HVAC company committed to quality service, honest work, and taking care of both our customers and our team. We are currently looking for an HVAC residential installer lead who is motivated, dependable, and has experience (preferably 5 years ).
Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and accessories according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Lead and oversee residential HVAC installation crews on new system installations and replacement projects.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and support junior installers.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners.
- Coordinate with office staff, installers, and management to ensure smooth scheduling and project completion.
