NOW HIRING: Billing Specialist – Reefer Transportation Company
We are a fast-paced refrigerated trucking company looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team.
Location: Amarillo, TX (or adjust if needed)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Position: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Process freight bills, invoices, and rate confirmations
- Verify BOLs, PODs, lumper receipts, detention, TONU, and accessorials
- Work with dispatch, drivers, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely invoicing
- Assist with AR tracking and customer communication
Requirements:
- Experience in trucking or reefer transportation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of TMS systems (Reefer/OTR billing experience is a plus)
- Reliable, organized, and professional
