Job Description
- Plan and coordinate daily stand-ups with the development team
- Collaborate with PEMA/OSFC management to solve IT business challenge
- Identify and resolve technical issues within the PEMA/OSFC application team
- Lead incident and change management activities for application support
- Provide weekly project and task status update
- Maintain application inventory, documentation, and portfolio organization
- Review business requirements and estimate development level of effort
- Assist with adopting COTS products and modernization initiatives
- Gather tasks and requirements with security and accessibility in mind
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years of experience with DevOps and SCRUM/iterative/waterfall development
- 5 years of IT Project Management experience
- 5 years of experience with ITSM, including Remedy and ServiceNow
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation ski
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Broad knowledge of technologies and application
- Familiarity with industry quality standards and best practice
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively under press
- Experience with modernization projects (preferred)
