Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Mobile App Developer to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:
- Enhance and develop mobile applications, focusing on MyFWP and potentially developing new applications.
- Collaborate with the project manager to prioritize and execute tasks using GitLab tickets.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Complete the rebuild of the mobile app in React, ensuring compatibility with both iOS and Android platforms.
- Ensure all code complies with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, as well as secure coding standards.
- Deliver deployable code at the end of each sprint with zero known defects, unless exceptions are documented and approved.
- Demo completed work at the end of each sprint for acceptance and feedback.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least two years of professional experience as a programmer.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Swift, with experience in React for mobile app development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices and compliance with platform guidelines.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in database design and modification, user interface development, and creating reports and queries.
- Knowledge of API integration and Automated Licensing Systems.
