What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting revenue growth and creating exceptional customer experiences. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for customers while helping identify opportunities to expand business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders through CRM and ERP systems
- Follow up on sales opportunities, customer requests, and dormant accounts
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Research product configurations, compatibility, and market pricing
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, technical, and customer care teams
- Follow established sales processes, SOPs, and KPI expectation
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help drive company success.
