Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the professional and friendly voice of TCG—delivering knowledgeable support and ensuring our customers receive the products and services they need. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting daily operations, and keeping freight moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Provide accurate, professional customer support through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Monitor and track drivers to ensure timely movement of freight.
- Occasionally Dispatch drivers and communicate necessary updates regarding routes, deliveries, and instructions.
- Report on-time delivery performance to the Operations Manager.
- Respond to customer issues promptly while providing resolution or escalation as needed.
- Call customers to communicate delays, service issues, or delivery updates.
- Partner with management to resolve concerns related to freight or deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle clerical tasks such as managing claims paperwork and maintaining documentation and files.
What You Need
- 1 year of relevant customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
