As we expand into Coastal Delaware, we seek an experienced Marketing Manager to lead innovative campaigns, drive consumer and advertiser engagement, and elevate our regional brand presence.
Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will provide collaborative leadership to execute the firm’s comprehensive marketing strategy for the Coastal DE market. You will develop and implement marketing plans including TV, radio, print, and digital advertising with a strong emphasis on event planning and digital engagement. Managing a marketing assistant is part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and consumer growth.
- Oversee all phases of advertising for TV, radio, print, and digital platforms.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing events and seminars.
- Track, analyze, and report effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
- Maintain regular contact with advertisers and partners; develop promotional campaigns.
- Lead competitor and consumer research to inform strategies.
- Manage social media marketing strategy and content for platforms including YouTube, Facebook, and others; oversee social media influencing and engagement.
- Maintain and update website content in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
- Manage, mentor, and oversee the work of a marketing assistant.
- Collaborate with sales and client service team to support lead generation and customer experience initiatives.
- Participate in event attendance, follow-up, and evaluation.
- Oversee editorial calendar and collaborate with internal/external graphic designers.
- Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish; review and refine processes for greater efficiency.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets and projections for ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing manager role (regional or national level preferred).
- Experience in financial services marketing highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and advertising.
- Proven expertise in event planning and execution.
- Extensive experience in social media marketing, including YouTube, Facebook, and content creation/social influencing.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent copywriting, creative, and graphic design sensibilities (Adobe Suite and Canva knowledge a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Professional work ethic and exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Redtail CRM, Salesforce, Wealth.com, financial services, and client events is a plus.
- Experience managing and developing staff.
