Position Summary:
The Client Success Manager is integrated throughout the client satisfaction, retention processes, and account placement of assigned clients. The role of the CSM is one of the most important at Dedicated, as they support the relationship for clients we have worked hard to acquire.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver world-class service to assigned clients, including reporting and account updates as requested.
Cultivate relationships that set Dedicated Financial GBC apart from the competition.
Develop and maintain a client contact database inclusive of details that can be referenced or utilized to maximize satisfaction (e.g. birthday, hobbies, goals, challenges, communication preferences, etc.).
Proactively upsell, resell and engage current former clients for the purpose of expanding relationships and Dedicated’s expanded scope of services.
Document client service activities weekly in Salesforce and/or Simplicity Collect software.
Be a strong advocate of client relationships.
Meet or exceed quarterly retention and growth goals.
Meet or exceed net promoter score (NPS) and client satisfaction (CSAT) goals.
Represent Dedicated at select industry events.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the fields of customer service, client satisfaction, client account management, and/or commercial collections.
Aptitude using Microsoft 365® products including Outlook® and Teams®.
Proven ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience with the collections industry, commercial collections preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, communications, or similar preferred.
