Bilingual Collector (Commercial Accounts, B2B)

Position Summary:

In this role, you will communicate with Business Owners and other parties to identify their unique situation as it pertains to their repayment of an account for our client. Building and maintaining relationships with them in order to successfully resolve their commercial debt.

Qualifications:

• 1 Years of Collection experience preferred
• 2 Years of Call Center or Customer Service experience required
• Bilingual - Fluent Spanish and English

Key Responsibilities:

· Call, text, and email Merchants to set up a sustainable repayment plans.

· Accurately document communications with Merchants.

· Follow federal and state laws as well as company policies and guidelines.
