3rd Party Commercial Collections Agent

Position Summary:

In this role, you will communicate with Business Owners and other parties to identify their unique situation as it pertains to their repayment of an account for our client. Building and maintaining relationships with them in order to successfully resolve their commercial debt. This role includes uncapped monthly commission!

We specialize in commercial financial services. That means we are not regulated by the FDCPA. We want you to be an individual and NOT a scripted robot, so we invite you to bring your own collection style and personality to the role!

Requirements:

• 2 Years of Collections experience
• Commercial Collections experience preferred
• Skip tracing experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve collection goals
• High school graduate or GED

Key Responsibilities:

· Call, text, and email Merchants to set up a sustainable repayment plans.

· Accurately document communications with Merchants.

· Follow federal and state laws as well as company policies and guidelines.
